anthony yue (associate professor)

anthony explores how individuals navigate their organized world. his research focuses upon freedom of choice and organizational theory. he grounds his work in existentialist philosophy and notions of authenticity. these interests show up in domains such as organizational gossip, management pedagogy, adventure sports scenarios, and various hr issues.
Prior to his return to study, Anthony was a practicing manager and an entrepreneur for approximately 15 years. He has owned businesses in the financial services industry, the import/export field and has been a consultant to industry. Anthony gained his initial international business experience working in the training and OH&S sector. He has over 10 years of experience volunteering on various non-profit boards of directors.
